My stay was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. The toilet in our room was malfunctioning, and despite several attempts by the staff, they failed to fix it properly. The manager exhibited an appalling lack of concern, refusing to address the plumbing issue personally and only offering assistance on the third night after I expressed my frustration. I can't believe how poorly we were treated.

I was completely smitten by the charming ambience of my Junior Suite! The decor was an exquisite blend of modern luxury and classic Parisian flair, and the personal welcome with champagne. Waking up each morning to a good breakfast buffet, featuring locally sourced produce and made-to-order options, set the perfect tone for a day of exploring.

Simply amazing!

We stayed for 3 nights and loved it! The staff went above and beyond for us. They quickly fixed our A/C issue during that crazy heat wave. The Junior Suite with Balcony was lovely and cozy. Enjoyed in-room breakfast, mmm! Just wish the fitness center was a bit bigger. Definitely a great place for family!

My kids wished there were more kid-friendly options on the room service menu.

The room was perfect with a walk-in closet and a beautiful balcony view. The hotel's gym and hammam were super convenient after a long day. I really loved being able to relax at the cozy bar with great service.

we had a fantastic stay at the grand hotel du palais royal. great location right near the louvre! the concierge was super helpful, securing us hard-to-get museum tickets and excellent restaurant reservations. plus, the breakfasts were delicious—definitely a highlight!
